EclipseCon 2019: deep learning & other cool stuff

Since 2008 I missed only one EclipseCon Europe, the annual Eclipse Conference held in Ludwigsburg, Germany. This year the program committee accepted a talk from us about deep learning in general and DL4J as an Eclipse Project. First Eclipse 4 Training in Italy with Vogella

Last week I had the chance for a unique and amazing experience: being co-trainer, side-by-side with Lars Vogel, for the first Eclipse e4 Training in Italy! It has been a five days of intensive and engaging learning time, alternating slides presentation for showing the concepts to live-coding from-scratch examples. Google joins Eclipse Foundation

It's been a long time since Google contributed to Eclipse Community with tools like Window Builder. Furthermore Eclipse is the best Android IDE thanks to ADT plugin. And Now Google is going to join the Eclipse Community formally as a Strategic Member. That might set a trend for the future of Eclipse. Read more on Mike Milinkovich blog.

Eclipse Con Europe 2012

This year the main european event around Eclipse, the Eclipse Con Europe 2012, will co-locate the OSGi Community Event 2012. The location is the traditional Schlosspark Forum in Ludwigsburg (Germany) where the events will take place form 23th to 25th of october. Last year, Eclipse's 10th anniversary celebration, there was largest attendance ever (536). This year, the OSGi co-located event and the new Eclipse 4 (Juno) platform release, the expectations are even bigger.
